China flavour

Working in China poses challanges...
Food, language and culture.
I am learning to cook. First try was not bad at all.. Rice preperation with vegetables..carrot, potato, bringal fried in oil with tadka(jira, mohri, and rec chilly powder..some masala) and boiled with rice... Next few day I have got used to this. Some ready mixes also came handy..soups, sweets.

On this week end , I have tried just the opposite, First boil the vegetables ..Potato, carrot and tomato and fri in oil with gheen chilly. Cooking issue seems resolved.

Graduated to few sentances in a month. Ni hao..numbers, time, directions, address to the taxi driver is sufficient for a while.

Chinese people are focused and hard working. But for 5 days in a weekand no over stay.. unlike India.
